How to Pay
- For 2 - 6 players.
- One player needs to be the caller.
- Distribute boards among the players.
- Select which Ocean Bingo game you want to play.
- Mark Free spot with a marker.
- The caller shuffles the cards and holds up one card at a time.
- If the card picture is on the board, then you put a marker on the
picture.
- First player to have an Ocean Bingo yells "Kelp!"
