This is a great item to scare birds. I put one couple on a tree in front of the large window where I work because birds kept flying into the window. Last spring I buried 3 dead fledgling Robin in front of that window. I believe that this balloon will keep that from happening again. The only negative thing I can say about this item is that the first balloon that I received was efective. The plug that is supposed to close the inflation value did not stay in place. Longacres, was kind ennough to send me a replacement balloon immediately.
