Longacres wants to keep you as a customer. We will attempt to remedy
your problem to your satisfaction by the most appropriate method we
have. It is important that you
notify us immediately of any problem with our products |

Ordered the Wrong
Product
We cannot be responsible
for you making the wrong decision but we will try to remedy the problem
as best we can. Some
products can easily be returned, others may be perishable and return is
not possible. For instance
we cannot take back lady bugs. Because of the wide range of products we sell we must take this
situation on a case by case basis. If you think you ordered the wrong product email us with your
reasoning with a detailed product description and what shape the product
is in e.g. “Plant sprayer in an unopened container never used”. DO NOT just send the product back to us, we may ask you to send
the product to the manufacturer, so please wait for instructions on how
to return. You must notify
us within 10 days of sale.

Defective Product
Because of the broad range
of products we sell there are numerous methods for dealing with
defective products. Most
items we will ask you to send back to us or directly to one of our
distributors. Usually, we
will just replace the defective product immediately but sometimes we
have to wait for verification from the manufacturer. Product warranties vary. We
try to cover the first 30 days but some manufacturers cover for longer
periods. It is important
you notify us of any defect immediately to comply with the warranty. DO NOT just send the product back to us, we may ask you to send
the product to the manufacturer, so please wait for instruction on what
to do next.

I was sent the wrong
product
Occasionally we do make
mistakes and when we do, we work hard to fix the mistake. We know we will make mistakes and believe what is most important
is how we deal with that mistake. Email us immediately and we will tell you what to do. Usually (depending on the value of the product) we will ship
another product out to right away. If we want you to return the product we will send you a shipping
label and you can box it back up and call UPS to pick up. It is important to keep the packing materials so you can easily
ship back to us.
