This covers responding to detailed questions that the order desk may not know, searching for new products, evaluating products, writing product descriptions and evaluating customer feedback. Some products may be used here in our Horseback Riding School or in some of the field and garden operations to test their value. When a problem is either too complicated or requires more authority it is given to the “Trouble Shooters”. This is where the buck stops.
